Nurse Acheive, Archer, NCLEX Mastery, finished all the Qbanks, Uworld i only used 1 mock test and passed it with 60/100 with 48th percentile HIGH probability. NCLEX Genie is also a good source. I finished Rachel Allen's book too. In the test, I had like 45-60 SATA, Prioritzation, Drag and Click, ECG tracing, No calculations.Saturday is not a business day, and scores are posted then as well. For everyone that I have worked with in the past, it has been up there 48 hours after taking the exam. No matter what the day, or where they are located.
