Feb 1, 2022 · My husband and I were successful on our third round of Letrozole and Trigger shots with TI. I am currently 32 weeks with our first (and potentially only) son. I was on 7.5mg 5 days and did scans for growth regularly. I had 3 viable follicles (2 right, 1 left) with the trigger shot that was successful.Congrats on your IUI! I used the ovidrel trigger with this one. I’d say with my other triggered cycles I still had a faint line at 7 days post trigger. That’s why I usually start testing earlier to see if it fades or not. As you can see, mine started darkening at 9DPO and was in fact a BFP for me! I am 8w6d today. Good luck to you!!

It was very faint (I took three tests over the course of a few hours that evening), but I tested the next morning with FMU and it was a strong positive. I did not use a trigger so there was no concern it was a false positive.
My RE says to wait 15 days after trigger to do a pee test, 14 days after trigger for a blood test. So you need to wait until next Thursday to POAS. When I asked people about the trigger shot and why you have to wait 15 days, many said if you follow it around 10dpo is when it's out of your system...which would probably be Friday for you.Please help me. Most recommended not testing until at least 14 days since it can take 10-12 days to get the synthetic hormones out of your system but you are so close to that recommendation. Crossing my fingers! Feb 13, 2021 · HELP! I had a trigger shot (ovidrel 250mcg) on Monday February 1st and I started testing it out on Wednesday February 10th. The clear blue test was strong positive (didn’t take a pic) and then a faint blue line for three days using CB early detection (pic attached). Today, 12 days past trigger, I tested using a frer with my SMU (pic attached).I guess the two key things here, 1) Don't rely on OPKs for testing HCG levels post trigger shot, 2) HPTs can turn negative post trigger shot (after trigger has left system) and still be pregnant that month (after fetus produces HCG). yes and yes. although to add to the OPK comment, they also really arent useful if you are testing early for ...For those of you that got bfp after ivf, how many days post transfer did you test?
