It does not appear that you have to remove the back plate or the striker as you do on the P320 X-Compact. I believe the Romeo Zero is installed from the top of the slide.So I've purchased a P365XL with the Romeo Zero, and later that day I've learnt that it wouldn't come with a rear sight.
