I feel like i have bugs crawling on me
Psychosomatic crawling, itching and skin irritation are almost ubiquitous with bed bug infestations. That is, almost everyone feels them at one time or another. They're still in your head. I've watched BBs crawl across my forearms & the back of my hand while cleaning infested materials.
