Personally, I think this is the second most difficult fight in Undertale...The spiral spears will have a gap between two spears. Navigate through the gap to safety. The spiral rebound spears are something you will have to watch out for during the end stages. You will have to maneuver through the gap between two spears and keep moving away to avoid the rebound attack. That's all the attacks that Undyne will use on you.

The dog residue from before may come in handy if you need to heal ...I can get that far without needing to heal, but then the reverse arrows show up to quickly to even try to react to, and I can't just memorize something I litteraly can't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ see.
