Edit part 2: alright I'm getting a few PMs about the linear template that I'm on. I think the pros of Brian's program is this: saves time. Giant sets everything.Brian being a strongman, the front rack position is where you're going to press and jerk from, and getting used to that position with heavy weights strikes me as a good idea.Edit: one thing I have kept around from Brian's philosophy that was new to me was explosive conditioning style warmups.
