Bonchon used to be my favorite chicken place but now I've been so disappointed with the chicken and service. The chicken used to be so crispy, crunchy and evenly coated. If I wasn't so hungry I would've given it back. My chicken was cool and soggy as if it was left out for 30 minutes.
