So, I recently purchased a 1996 West Point Mint Roosevelt Dime and it appears as though both the obverse and reverse were struck through debris or the dies were damaged. This 1974 D dime looks off color and has some reeding missing on one part of the coin. The rest of the reeding is light and hard to see. It almost looks like the W in WE is under the rim of the coin.
